News Corp. Marketing Unit Dodges Rival's Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 1:41 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge ruled Tuesday that a 2009 release bars marketing company Floorgraphics Inc. from asserting fraud claims alleging News Corp.'s in-store marketing subsidiary settled a 2004 unfair competition suit over illegal hacking for cheap based on an employee's perjury.
