OneBeacon Sues To Avoid Covering Retailers' Privacy Suits

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 3:07 PM ET) -- OneBeacon America Insurance Co. hit Urban Outfitters Inc. and Anthropologie Inc. with a suit in Pennsylvania federal court Tuesday claiming it has no duty to defend or indemnify the retailers in underlying class actions accusing them of improperly recording customers’ private information during credit card transactions.
