Small Biz Owners Want ACA Exchange Subsidies Halted

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 6:15 PM ET) -- Small business owners and individuals who allege an Internal Revenue Service rule unlawfully expands Affordable Care Act insurance subsidies and penalties urged a Washington, D.C., federal judge Tuesday to temporarily bar the federal government from applying the rule to people with health coverage through federal exchanges.
