Senate Energy Efficiency Bill Gets White House Thumbs-Up

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 6:58 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration on Wednesday threw its support behind a bipartisan U.S. Senate bill that aims to incentivize the use of energy-efficient technology and spur private sector investment in projects like building efficiency upgrades, saying it builds on energy efficiency goals outlined in President Barack Obama's climate change plan.
