AFL-CIO Says ACA Fees Stack Deck Against Union Plans

Law360, Washington (September 12, 2013, 1:42 PM ET) -- The AFL-CIO adopted a resolution on Wednesday blasting portions of the Affordable Care Act for driving up the costs of union-sponsored health insurance plans, calling for the elimination of some taxes and fees, revisions to its implementation plan and tougher employer responsibility rules.
