Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 8:53 PM EDT) -- Two doctors and a salesman pled guilty in New Jersey federal court on Wednesday to charges stemming from a scheme in which doctors were bribed in exchange for medical testing lab referrals, following 14 others who confessed to bribery involving Biodiagnostic Laboratory Services LLC.

Angelo Calabrese, a Pine Brook, N.J., doctor, pled guilty to a violation of the Travel Act after admitting he accepted over $130,000 in bribe money between 2010 and 2013 in exchange for sending $600,000 in unnecessary lab testing referrals to BLS. Paul...
