Calif. Passes Bill To Stave Off Inglewood Casino Closure

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 6:17 PM EDT) -- The California Senate on Wednesday allowed a real estate investment manager to retain its stake in the Hollywood Park Casino card club, exempting it for another three years from state rules that restrict investors in out-of-state casinos from running such clubs in California.
