Fla. Appeals Court OKs Challenge To New Trauma Centers

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 3:07 PM ET) -- A group of Florida nonprofit hospitals with existing trauma centers have standing to challenge provisional licenses for new trauma centers under state law, a Florida appeals court ruled Thursday, reversing the state Department of Health's dismissal of the hospitals' protests.
