ITC Lets Google Intervene In Music-Sharing Patent Probe

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 4:10 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has let stand a judge's decision to allow Google Inc. to intervene in an investigation Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and other electronics and smartphone makers face over alleged infringement of media-sharing patents, according to a notice published Friday in the Federal Register.
