Honduras Revives Australian Tobacco Packaging Law Dispute

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 3:33 PM ET) -- The government of Honduras has renewed its fight against Australia’s rules imposing trademark restrictions and other plain packaging requirements on tobacco products and is poised to establish a World Trade Organization panel to hear its arguments, according to WTO documents circulated Friday.
