EPA Beats Farm Groups' Suit Over Chesapeake Pollution Regs

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 2:04 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday refused to vacate a set of pollution restriction rules that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued in 2010 for the Chesapeake Bay watershed, saying the agency didn’t usurp individual states’ authority in implementing those standards.
