NJ Co. Sues Sarah Palin For Using Iconic 9/11 Photo

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey newspaper publisher sued former vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin and her political action committee on Friday for using the company's famous — and copyrighted — photo of firemen raising an American flag on Sept. 11.
