Quarles & Brady Elects Woman Partner To Top Chair

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 9:20 PM EDT) -- Quarles & Brady LLP has joined a rare group in BigLaw firms by electing partner Kimberly Leach Johnson as chairwoman, the firm announced Monday.

Johnson is the first woman to hold the job at the 120-year-old, Wisconsin-based firm, and joins just seven other top chairwomen among the 200 biggest U.S. firms, according to the partnership.

Johnson, a trusts and estates partner, was most recently chair of the firm’s finance committee and managing partner of the Naples and Tampa, Fla., offices.
