NLRB Urges High Court To Nix Recess Appointment Ruling

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 7:19 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Friday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the D.C. Circuit's blockbuster ruling invalidating the president's recess appointments to the board, saying the decision would disrupt the constitutional balance of power between the government's branches.
