4th Circ. Sinks Huntington Rehearing Bid In NLRB Battle

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 9:05 PM ET) -- The Fourth Circuit refused Monday to revisit its handling of Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc.'s challenge to a National Labor Relations Board order, rejecting the shipbuilder's argument that the court should have addressed an attack on the NLRB's jurisdiction before tackling the merits of the order.
