Judge Blocks Generic Wellbutrin Until Monday

Law360, New York (November 28, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- Eon Labs said Friday its introduction of a generic version of GlaxoSmithKline Plc's antidepressant Wellbutrin was delayed after GlaxoSmithKline won a temporary restraining order.

A U.S. judge entered an order which prevents Eon from offering for sale or selling 100 mg tablets of its generic Wellbutrin (bupropion HC1) until noon on Monday, Dec. 1, Eon said in a statement.
