Micron Ordered To Hand Patent Docs To SanDisk

Law360, San Francisco (September 16, 2013, 8:26 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday ordered Micron Technologies Inc. to fork over market research data to rival flash memory maker SanDisk Inc., which SanDisk will use to defend itself in a lawsuit alleging it infringed several patents that Round Rock Research LLC purchased from Micron in 2009.
