KBR Loses Arbitration Injunction Bid Over $280M Deal

Law360, Wilmington (September 16, 2013, 10:19 PM EDT) -- A Delaware Chancery judge Friday denied a request from an affiliate of KBR Inc. to enjoin arbitration over money held in escrow since its $280 million purchase of Roberts & Schaefer Co. from ENI Holdings LLC, ruling KBR did not prove it would be irreparably harmed by the proceeding.
