Smartphone Dealer Says T-Mobile, Sprint Tattled To Feds

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 5:56 PM EDT) -- A Chicago-based electronics wholesaler on Monday renounced a pair of settlements resolving trademark and device hacking suits by T-Mobile USA Inc. and Sprint Corp., saying the carriers had pushed federal prosecutors to shut down its business in violation of the agreements.
