Sycamore Pays $54M For Aeropostale Minority Stake

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Aeropostale Inc. saw a nearly 8 percent stake in its company snapped up by Sycamore Partners, which in a Tuesday filing said the buyout was an “attractive investment” that could lead to talks with management about the mall mainstay's strategic plans.
