Developer Sues Chicago Over Project Blocked By $400M Hotel

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 3:01 PM EDT) -- Developer James McHugh Construction Co. sued the city of Chicago in state court Monday over allegedly blocking a permit approval for a valuable plot of land that the city wants to take over to build a $400 million convention center hotel.
