Top NY Court Upholds 'Cocky' Corporate Lawyer's Suspension

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 5:10 PM ET) -- The New York State Court of Appeals on Tuesday rejected an appeal by a former NBTY Inc. attorney state and federal authorities called “cocky,” affirming his July suspension from practicing law for three years after a jury found him guilty of insider trading.
