Fla. Mortgage Firm Says AG's Suit Doesn't Stick

Law360, Miami (September 17, 2013, 8:21 PM ET) -- A Broward County-based mortgage company that is the target of the Florida attorney general's lawsuit claiming it preyed on distressed homeowners with promises to replace their mortgages has urged a state court to dismiss the suit for failure to make adequate claims.
