Fla. Court Asked To Reopen Colombian Native's Engle Suit

Law360, Miami (September 18, 2013, 10:25 PM EDT) -- Family members of a Colombian native on Wednesday urged a Florida appeals court to revive their Engle tobacco case against Philip Morris Inc., saying the trial court had erred in finding their deceased relative was not a state resident and thus was ineligible to bring the suit.
