2nd Circ. Upholds New York Life Win In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday upheld a lower court order throwing out a putative class action claiming New York Life Insurance Co. underpaid its insurance agents, ruling that the plaintiffs were too local to press claims in federal court.
