Feds, Whitman Apologize To 2nd Circ. For Filing Blunder

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 7:03 PM EDT) -- New York's top federal prosecutor and convicted insider trader Doug Whitman have each been forced to apologize to the Second Circuit in recent days after failing to tell the court whether they wished to hold oral arguments in the closely watched case.
