Carl's Jr. Bilks Managers Out Of Overtime, Suit Says

Law360, New York (September 19, 2013, 3:31 PM ET) -- The parent company of burger chain Carl’s Jr. was hit with a putative class action in California state court on Wednesday for allegedly failing to pay its general managers overtime, even while requiring them to be on call 24 hours a day.
