Texas Appeals Court Reverses Tom DeLay Conviction

Law360, Dallas (September 19, 2013, 10:46 PM ET) -- A Texas appellate court on Thursday reversed a money laundering conviction against former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom Delay, finding there was not sufficient evidence to support jury findings that DeLay wrongly diverted corporate donations to Republican candidates.
