DOJ Asks High Court To Settle Birth Control Mandate Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (September 19, 2013, 10:16 PM ET) -- The Obama administration on Thursday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to resolve the question of whether the Affordable Care Act's birth control coverage mandate can be enforced on for-profit companies whose owners object to the mandate on religious grounds.
