Texas High Court To Hear Ford Venue Fight Over Mexico Crash

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 9:01 PM ET) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear Ford Motor Co.’s plea to vacate a lower court’s decision allowing a product liability and wrongful death suit stemming from a car accident in Mexico involving only Mexican residents to proceed in Texas court.
