Chocolate Price-Fixing Suit Filed In Canada

Law360, New York (February 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Four of the world's top candymakers have been hit with a proposed class action in Canada for allegedly fixing the prices of their chocolate products.

The suit, filed Friday in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, named the Canadian divisions of Hershey Co., Mars Inc., Nestle SA and Cadbury Schweppes PLC as defendants.
