Apple Fights Class Cert. In Personal Data Leak MDL

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. urged a California court on Thursday to deny class certification to a group of iPhone and iPad users who complain the devices leaked personal data to third parties, saying the named plaintiffs can’t represent the class because their information was never compromised.
