GateHouse Media Asks For Debtholders' Vote On Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 3:10 PM EDT) -- Community newspaper publisher  GateHouse Media Inc. has asked for a vote from all holders of its outstanding debt on whether to accept a prepackaged Chapter 11 plan, the company said in a Friday regulatory filing.

The Perinton, N.Y.-based media company said if it receives the requisite 67 percent support of its debtholders, it will file for Chapter 11 protection.
