Texas Refinery To Pay $8.75M For Violating CAA Deal

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 5:07 PM ET) -- Total Petrochemicals USA Inc. will pay $8.75 million for failing to comply with the terms of a 2007 settlement with the federal government over allegations it violated the Clean Air Act at its refinery in Port Arthur, Texas, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced Friday.
