DC Archdiocese Sues To Block Contraception Mandate

Law360, Los Angeles (September 20, 2013, 10:17 PM ET) -- The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington, along with a slew of Catholic schools and charities, on Friday hit the federal government with the latest in a series of suits alleging the Affordable Care Act’s contraception mandate violates religious rights.
