Deals Rumor Mill: Lloyds, PayPal, Dexus

Flowers & Co. and New York-based AnaCap Financial Partners LLP are among the investment firms that have expressed interest in bidding for the TSB banking unit of Lloyds Banking Group PLC, the Sunday Telegraph reported over the weekend. Lloyds, part-owned by the British government after a multibillion-dollar bailout in 2009, has been plotting a public listing for the TSB unit but could switch its course to include an outright sale if the price is right. Under the terms of its bailout, Lloyds has to sell more than 600 branches, rebranded under the TSB name....
