Mead Johnson Seeks $13M False Ad Coverage In 7th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (September 24, 2013, 2:59 PM EDT) -- Baby formula maker Mead Johnson & Co. asked the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday to overturn a decision that freed its insurers from covering a $13.5 million false advertising verdict, arguing that the insurers were not prejudiced by late notice of the underlying suit.
