Publicis Workers Blast Judge's Claim Of 'Foot Dragging'

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 6:54 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge's finding that workers pursuing a putative gender bias class action against advertising conglomerate Publicis Groupe SA shouldn't be allowed to amend their allegations wrongly portrayed the women as “perpetual foot draggers” instead of fervent advocates, they said Friday in a challenge to that August ruling.
