FTC Takes On $11M Sweepstakes Scam With Victims Worldwide

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 6:43 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission last week sued to stop a “massive” sweepstakes scam that has allegedly taken more than $11 million from consumers in the U.S. and in dozens of other countries, including the U.K., Canada, France and Japan.
