TCEQ Greenlights New North Texas Water Reservoir

Law360, Dallas (September 24, 2013, 2:18 PM EDT) -- The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality on Tuesday approved plans for a new reservoir planned to provide 30 million gallons of water a day for six Dallas-area counties, despite some environmental groups' claims that the new lake wouldn't adequately conserve water.
