Greenberg Traurig Lands CPFB, Treasury Pro In DC

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 3:04 PM EDT) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP has lured a former Consumer Financial Protection Bureau senior counsel who also served a stint with the U.S. Department of the Treasury to join its financial regulatory and compliance practice, the firm said Tuesday.

Brett M. Kitt joined Greenberg Traurig as an of counsel attorney, where he will reside in the firm's Washington, D.C., office and is expected to enhance the firm's regulatory knowledge and expertise in enforcement actions thanks to his familiarity with the CFPB and the Treasury Department.
