Developer Can't Shake $400M Row Over Philly W Hotel

Law360, Philadelphia (September 24, 2013, 6:22 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Tuesday tossed out several claims in a suit accusing developer Brook Lenfest of squeezing his erstwhile partners out of a $400 million hotel construction project, but preserved allegations of breach of fiduciary duty and usurpation of a corporate opportunity.
