Shell Picks La. For Proposed $12.5B Natural Gas Plant

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Royal Dutch Shell PLC has chosen a potential site in Louisiana for a gas-to-liquids plant expected to cost at least $12.5 billion, after the state offered Shell an incentive package with a $112 million grant, Louisiana Gov.
