USPTO Extends Rejected-Patent Review Program

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 4:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office announced Wednesday that it is extending until December a popular program launched last year to reduce patent pendency by giving examiners a limited amount of time to consider responses filed after the rejection of a patent application.
