Ex-NJ Mayor Looks To Overturn Corruption Conviction

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 2:55 PM ET) -- A former Hamilton Township, N.J., mayor convicted of taking bribes to help steer a school district's award of a health insurance brokerage contract has asked the Third Circuit to reverse his conviction, claiming prosecutors failed to identify an official power that he abused.
