Rockefeller Expands Data Broker Probe To Online Advice Sites

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 10:05 PM ET) -- Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., on Tuesday expanded his probe into the data broker industry by pushing a dozen health and personal finance websites he suspects are padding these companies' dossiers to detail how they share consumers' personal information with third parties.
