Hawking To Cover Some Of Sipco's Fees In Wireless IP Row

Law360, Los Angeles (September 25, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- Wireless networking company Sipco LLC won a motion Wednesday to have Hawking Technologies LLC cover some of its attorneys' fees in its patent infringement suit against Hawking, after a Texas judge found Sipco wouldn’t have had to pay those fees if a Hawking principal hadn’t induced employees to lie in court.
