Sugar Co. Urges High Court To Hear Water Transfer Rule Fight

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 6:51 PM EDT) -- United States Sugar Co. on Wednesday urged the Supreme Court to weigh in on the Eleventh Circuit’s determination that it lacks jurisdiction to rule on a controversial Clean Water Act water transfer exemption, saying the decision will invite forum shopping and burden the court system.
