Plaintiff Denied Class Status In Wyeth Hormone Suit

Law360, New York (February 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge on Tuesday denied a motion for class action status in a protracted product liability lawsuit against Wyeth Inc. and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc. over its hormone replacement therapy drugs.

The plaintiff, April Krueger, sought class action status for all California consumers who purchased the Wyeth products, Premarin, Prempro and/or Premphase, between January 1995 and January 2003.
