State Ordered To Pay Opponents' Fees In Atlantic Yards Row

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 6:50 PM ET) -- A New York state judge on Wednesday ruled that Empire State Development Corp. must pay the attorneys' fees of the community groups that challenged parts of the $4.9 billion Atlantic Yards development in Brooklyn after they won a new environmental study for part of the project.
